Orange and tomato together, who&#8217;d have thought..<\/p>\n<p>500ml tomato passata<br \/>\n1 large orange<br \/>\n200ml water<br \/>\na little sugar to sweeten, if the tomato is sharp<br \/>\nCornflour to thicken<br \/>\nSalt, pepper to taste<br \/>\n1\/4pt single cream to finish<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nheat passata &amp; water<br \/>\nGrate rind of orange &amp; add<br \/>\nAdd cornflour &amp; thicken<br \/>\nPeel orange, remove pith. Cut segments into 1\/4s and add<br \/>\nSeason<br \/>\nRemove from heat and add cream<br \/>\nServe adding final dash of cream<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A recipe borrowed from my auntie.
