40ml gin
20ml pear liquor (Xante)
50ml cloudy apple juice
20ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup – (to taste)
50ml soda water (or more if you like it a little longer)
1\/2 egg white
Ice
Pear to dress<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mix everything except soda water in a shaker and shake. Strain into a martini glass and top up with soda water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
v2- riffed off a classic gin fizz – but 1 shot of gin swapped out for pear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
