Deirdie and I had another scan today to check little junior is doing ok. We also wanted to find out if we’re having a a boy or girl. We now know.<\/p>\n

We didn’t know before Poppy arrived. We wanted to, but she was being very coy on the day of the scan. But with number 2- we do. Cool.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Good things about this:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. We can buy the right ‘colour coded’ baby clothes in advance.<\/li>\n
  2. We can think about names ahead of the birth.<\/li>\n
  3. We could deccorate rooms\/furniture ready for junior’s arrival.<\/li>\n
  4. There’s no surprises.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Bad things about this:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. We will now probably buy up the full contents\u00a0of Mothercare before the birth.\u00a0<\/li>\n
    2. We have ages to ague and disagree about names.<\/li>\n
    3. I may have to deccorate.<\/li>\n
    4. There’s no surprises.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
