This is where I didn&#8217;t take the best photos, because I was chasing Poppy again. Here&#8217;s the best of what I got.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"350\" src=\"http:\/\/photos.notnick.com\/albums\/15-Denise_n_Mark_Wedding\/IMG_2969.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p>First, here&#8217;s the venue- Harburn House. A Country house just outside of Edinburgh.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"350\" src=\"http:\/\/photos.notnick.com\/albums\/15-Denise_n_Mark_Wedding\/IMG_2863.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Best friends. kathlene gets a quick cuddle.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"350\" src=\"http:\/\/photos.notnick.com\/albums\/15-Denise_n_Mark_Wedding\/IMG_2864.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Colin tries to go one better than his wife, and goes in for a snog.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/photos.notnick.com\/albums\/15-Denise_n_Mark_Wedding\/IMG_2870.JPG\" height=\"350\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Mark didn&#8217;t get a snog though.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"350\" src=\"http:\/\/photos.notnick.com\/albums\/15-Denise_n_Mark_Wedding\/IMG_2871.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Look at that weather!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"350\" src=\"http:\/\/photos.notnick.com\/albums\/15-Denise_n_Mark_Wedding\/IMG_2896.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After drinks and canapes, off to the wedding breakfast. Speeches first. Joe&#8217;s speech is first. Oddly, he&#8217;s expecting a bit of heckling- and so comes prepared with body armor and a helmet.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"350\" src=\"http:\/\/photos.notnick.com\/albums\/15-Denise_n_Mark_Wedding\/IMG_2902.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Later, the best man&#8217;s speech. Less armor, more heckles. Perhaps Joe was right!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"350\" src=\"http:\/\/photos.notnick.com\/albums\/15-Denise_n_Mark_Wedding\/IMG_2903.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Poppy can&#8217;t wait for the speeches to finish. It&#8217;s her supper time, and those bread rolls had her name on them. (Note to those without toddlers- everything has her name on it- see <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.notnick.com\/?p=141\">toddler ownership rules<\/a> for more information)<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"350\" src=\"http:\/\/photos.notnick.com\/albums\/15-Denise_n_Mark_Wedding\/IMG_2917.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Poppy, still trying to get the limelight, makes it to the top table.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s at this stage of the night that young miss Poppy is ready for bed, so I duck out tom make sure she sleeps. The party goes on. Luckily, Anne was there, and has photos.
